iPhone 3GS 16GB Black Unlocked & Jail broken 3.1.2 firmware *Used* - I have had this phone for about 6 months, it is in very *MINT* condition in which it only has a few minor scratches on the sides (metal part of phone) being that I had it in a case that did not cover the entire outside rim of the phone for about 2 months. Other then that the phone is in EXCELLENT condition,  LCD display screen is flawless, and it works perfectly. I have the original box and accessories as you can see in the picture.

It is both unlocked (you can use any GSM network service provider) and jail broken (meaning you have access to many apps, themes, tweaks etc...) that you wouldn't normally have access to. It includes ROCK and CYDIA which allow you to download these applications. You will see in the pictures that it says T-Mobile at the top so you know it is unlocked, and you will notice that I have a 5 column springboard and different theme (red) in a few pics, these are features of it being jail broken, however, you can easily switch it back to the normal settings at any time.

I am including the original box, Apple Earphones with remote and Mic, Dock Connector to USB Power Adaptor, car charger and in addition a wireless battery charger (in red case on right side of pic) that I purchased separately, 1 additional screen protector, 3 cases (red and green are interchangeable) 1 of which is a custom flower design case. If you do not want any of the cases, or only want certain ones, please let me know and I will only include those requested.
