This device is used and has minimal scratches on it. it works prefectly fine. It also has a few good apps on it too. the camera works perfectly. It's silver and I'll even throw in the case that I have on it right now. Its pink and is kind of a knock off ed hardy and it says "love dies slowly". I also can sen dit in the original box with a wall charger, a holster and the users manual as well as the USB cord.
