I have a htc touch diamond that ive been using for a few months and its had a screen protector and a pouch to put it in the entire time. I'd say its cosmetically a 9/10 and its a great phone but i just upgraded and don't need it anymore.

The phone is pretty much new and aside from the phone it comes with (new to almost new):

-box with all papers and guides and install cd (never opened)
-2 batteries
-wall charger
-2 adapter/converters (one still new in packaging): its used so you can plug in a charger and headset at the same time and it allows you to plug in either a 3.5mm headset or 2.5mm headset aside from the htc one that it already comes with, or you can plug in all 3 diff. headsets and 3 diff. people can listen to one device
-usb cable for pc or to plug in to the wall mount adapter to charge the phone (new in packaging)
-2 htc headsets (one is used a couple times and other new in packaging)
-2 stylus (one new in packaging)
-1 htc carrying pouch
