Administrative assistant needed for rapid expansion in the online internet/wireless industry.
Celltradeusa.com is the first company to help consumers get out of cell phone contracts without paying early termination fees. We have a popular website that facilitates these trades, but we are set to launch a new division of the company, which will open up a lot of opportunities for talented, dedicated, and committed employees.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering and routing phone calls to proper representative
Ad Tracking workflow through our sales and design to ensure ad deadlines are met.
Tracking of work from vendor receipt to shipment of products.
Must be extremely proficient in Excel, or have willingness to learn.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
High school graduate and must at least have some administrative experience.
Must have friendly and outgoing customer service focus
Detail orientated, well organized, and extremely dependable
Must be a team player and self-motivated
Must have solid communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
