it's in used condition but it's in excelent condition, the only scrathes are like pocket scratches and case scratches

also note to tech savy: it's an mb bootrom so it was made in the first 40 weeks of the 3gs model I believe it's week 22 so it would be an untethered jailbreak :) it also has the old sshs on record on cydia as well
