What does Unlocking mean?

Unlocking a phone allows you to use it on any service (at&t, verizon, cingular, etc). So you can take a Verizon-made phone, and use it on any carrier. For example, you can use the Verizon Tour for AT&T after its been unlocked.

How does it work?

I will ask for 2 things from you. The first thing is the IMEI code off of the phone. I can give you very easy instructions on how to get that off of the phone. It is a 15 digit code. Using this code, I will get you the unlock code that is designed specifically for that phone. Getting this code will take me no more than 2 hours during regular hours.

The second thing will be payment, which can be made by paypal. Paypal is the safest method of sending funds. If I don't live up to my end of the deal, you can contact Paypal and they will refund the payment. If you don't feel comfortable paying through Paypal, you can send a money order and I will send you the unlock code and instructions when I receive it. Email me and we will discuss.

Its that simple. After I receive the IMEI code and payment, I will send you the unlock code, and unlock instructions by email within 2 hours. Then you can use the phone on any service.
